A happy 21st birthday to this painting i did of Portland St in Manchester. I worked over the road in Minshull Street and loved this row of mismatched buildings, happy days!

It's so interesting to see where you have come from - 21 years old. Obviously you have much skill and this is so beautifully done. Love the atmospheric work that you're doing now though, and I think the contrast between then and now is so interesting.

I went back to your post "no, he says it is a painting" Then I enlarged it and behold...lovely little bits of wash and detail that could only be paint. It's a lesson. I'm with Dan on your atmospheric pieces of today. So glad you've chosen to join and share with EDM
