never go west when you know you should be headin' south ...

Another lovely VW... meet Flo! I dropped William off at school the other week and saw this wonderful piece of culture in the car park, hope Ms Toyne likes it :-)

Absolutely, beautifully marvellous, Steve!

(Hey, do you mean to say you've got the new Seasick Steve album ALREADY? =)

Hi Pippa! I had to rush out and get it, been listening to him for years, glad to hear he is an overnight success, in a few more years I might be an overnight success, who knows? Just listening to it while I posted this on my blog, the best music ever! :-)

Hey Steve, I'm rooting for you all the way for the overnight success thing. In fact, I think no success truly happens overnight - it requires hard work and passion! And you've got that in spades!

Still haven't found Seasick Steve this side of the equator :( so I have to be content with what I can glean off the internet.

Perfection! Makes me want to search for pictures of our 1966 beige bug with the big flower on the back.

I drove a red VW bug for several years. Have a large soft spot for them. You drawing is outstanding.

If this was a 73, light blue one, it might have been my first car!
