I'm still working on this series of paintings of Sudbrooke woods, I walk through them with Fudge the dog and the children so often it has left an imprint. Its in my skin. It changes daily depending on the weather, the light, the time of year. Moving to rural Lincolnshire from urban Manchester was the biggest change I ever faced. Not as dramatic in the old city centre, although in Manchester they liked to change the direction of the one way system, always good for a laugh!

I love your art, especially the texture of it and the grungy edges.

These wooded scenes are great- love the emotions here.
Beautiful and eerie as well . It looks a bit like Snow White's woods.
Beautiful colours and a real atmosphere.
So gorgeous! Evokes a melancholy, an ache, not of pain, but of beauty and memories.
Now that one is fabulous. These are just ace. Keep em coming...
Very pretty and the light is just gorgeous! Very very atmsopheric and beautiful. I want to be there.
Very nice....I think I would like to take a walk in these woods.
Beautiful and a little eerie!
Wow! This is wonderful!
Lovely tree pictures! I really like the technique used.
Good art. You really have a way with the woods and paint/ink. Takes one's breath away.
This is a very beautiful and intriguing series. I hope you do more. The atmosphere in these creates a wonderful mood of solitude and reflection. I can hear the crunching leaves with every step.
can smell the leaves, moss and crunchy twigs. Beautiful.
Outstanding! Love the darks around the top, they lead me right into the grey woods.
